This service is included with all monthly support plans. Contact your Support Team representative today to get started.

Weather Forecast & Observation Icons Now Animate at No Extra Charge

June 23rd, 2010

When asked about their favorite scene on the iPoster, customers and employees prefer the weather scene. We believe the reasoning is simple: No other information on the screens more directly impacts the next 12 hours of a customers life.

Animated icons have been installed on your weather scene at no extra charge as our way of making sure customers keep looking at your screens.

If you would like the weather scene installed on your screens, don’t fret about finding your login and remembering how to program your playlists. Simply call Content Support at: 1-800-668-1975

“Hey! You! Get On To My Cloud.”

May 3rd, 2010

Excellent, forward-looking article about how content(graphics, data, iTunes) will stop being stored locally on each computer and how we will simply use “cloud access appliances” to do our work. K&D would argue that applications like customer-facing digital merchandising should continue to have locally cached content to mitigate “blank screens” due to connection problems, but the main theme of this article is right on target.

From the article: “…Firstly, the Apple vs. Adobe vendetta gets even nastier, with a public letter from Steve Jobs explaining why Adobe’s Flash multimedia format will not ever be allowed into the garden of pure ideology that is the iPhone/iPad fork of OSX.”

We “Green” business!

April 22nd, 2010

Putting an iPoster or a Kiosk in your place of business is a way to cut down on paper usage as well as getting your message across to your customers, however, what happens to older equipment?  There is no point in saving the environment with one hand, while hurting it with the other, so, we at Kiosk and Display make sure that we recycle when needed.

Really, It’s Not a Big Black Mirror.

MOBILE BANKING = MORE DIGITAL DISPLAY

February 2nd, 2010

Recently, USAA Bank announced an iPhone application that will allow customers to scan in checks for deposit. Also this year 614 banks are offering mobile banking. How does all this mobile banking impact branches, traffic patterns and staffing? As much as these services are loved by customers, mobile solutions do little to improve a banks ability to collect deposits and sell additional products. Meanwhile digital applications continue to remove customers from the traditional transaction based point of conversation. Forward thinking banks like Umpqua Bank are moving to smaller footprints with fewer staff, as customers continue to want face to face conversations about customer service and banking products. With this compression of footprint and reduction of staff, there needs to be increased opportunity to educate, inspire and motivate customers regarding deposits and products. Digital signage with the right branded message, does this job well.

Digital displays in windows bring people in the door, in-side it can bring them to ask the right questions. And the ability of digital display to deliver a variety of messages rather the single message delivered by a poster is key for the smaller footprint. When customers only come in once every six months – you need your branded message ready, on track and delivered in clear short digital campaign screens. Interactive touch screen displays increase the selling ability of branch spaces by allowing customers to browse your product information until all parties are ready to talk

A Good Installation is About What You Don’t See.

January 20th, 2010

When you see a car, you notice the brand, the color, the material on the seats and the dashboard, among other things. No one sees the engine, or the axles or anything else that an automobile needs to make it run.

As it should be.

When you install a Kiosk and Display iPoster system, you see your brand and your promotions; so does your customer.

As it should be.

Here are some of the many examples of the work we can provide for you.

In budget-conscious times, you save money and get your message across, whether it’s for all locations or exclusive signage for for each location.

What you don’t see are wires and cables. It’s sleek, economical and green-friendly.

As it should be.

Kiosk and Display – Customers get the message.
